YOUR MISSION:

Should you decide to accept it…

Supporting the development and execution of the defined marketing strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness. This position is responsible for executing the strategies and plans that establish brand consistency and increase sales in all types of companies, including managing budgets, measuring KPIs, and calculating ROI on investments made into marketing efforts like advertising or trade shows which can also be used to determine future campaign models based on past successes.

In helping you understand your role in working for a progressive, environmentally conscious, world-class organization, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisor(s)/manager(s) not listed below in the constant quest to provide “out of this world” customer service experience for our client:

  • Know the Ins and Outs of marketing channels
  • Set specific marketing goals through channels
  • Knowledgeable in achieving online strategies through data collection, management, promotions, sponsorships, and public relations
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Develop digital campaigns concepts to increase web traffic
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Forecast market trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Address advertising needs
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence

 

Handling Daily Tasks:

  • Create, manage, coordinate, and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
  • Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs
  • Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends
  • Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities
  • Develop innovative concepts to promote the brand, plus services & products
  • Arrange and monitor marketing activities and sales campaigns
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI

 

WHAT QUALITIES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You got skills? If you can perform the following, then you have come to the right place…

  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (online tools and social media)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management skills

 

BACKGROUND MUST-HAVES:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager
  • Interpret consumer needs and turn them into a cohesive plan that a team can deliver on
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Background in Marketing or relevant field

 

RECOMMENDED NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with budget management
  • Understanding of web design
  • Navigate branding and storytelling
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
